Child Labour

Child labour was a major issue during the Industrial Revolution era. This photo illustrates children working in a clothing manufacturing factory. At this era, big businesses focused more on profits. Therefore, they were willing to hire children due to the lower wage. During this era, the economic situation in most of the capitalist countries were just about to rebuilt. Thus, it has caused some society to still live in poverty. As a result, children were forced to work long hours in order to support the life of their family members.
